4. Pricing and Payment

6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.
8. Liability and Insurance
We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover any accidental damage or injuries that may occur during service provision. However, clients are responsible for securing any valuable items in the garden area.
9. Health and Safety
Our team adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Clients are expected to maintain a hazard-free garden area.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date are due immediately.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lambeth, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
